Financial Disclosure Coordinator Information

Each year, the Florida Commission on Ethics prepares the list of persons holding governmental positions who are required to file financial disclosure for the previous year. The Commission obtains the name and address of each of these persons from coordinators who have been designated from each State and local government office.

State constitutional officers should certify that they have completed the required ethics training annually on the Commission’s Full and Public Disclosure of Financial Interests form (Form 6, Part F - Training).

If you have any questions concerning this requirement, please contact the Florida Commission on Ethics at (850) 488-7864 or www.ethics.state.fl.us.
